The indicator seal «BAG SEAL» has a reduced weight and a simple way of installation, but it differs from the similar seal «STRAP LOCK», by the presence of 3 spikes, a loop for label attachment and an elongated blocking element.

- The blocking element (steel nipple) is safely corrugated inside the seal through ultrasonic welding, thus excluding the possibility of opening it without leaving visible traces and its repeated installation.
- The seal installation does not require special abilities or equipment.
- Labels with small holes can be attached to the additional loop.
- A large area available for marking offers an extensive possibility to customize the product: applying color client logo, barcode, 2-D code and a large amount of text.

Marking
It is possible to apply the logo of the client and the number on the surface of
the housing. Depending on the dimensions, the number of characters may
vary. The marking and printing of the logo can be made in two ways: Black
color – laser marking, multicolor logo – pad printing. Also it is possible to
apply the barcode and the 2 –D code.
Packaging
The products are packed in plastic bags of 100 pieces each, then in
cardboard boxes of 2500 pieces. Packaging weight – 19 kg.
Installation rules
- Insert the free end of the blocking element through the holes of the object to be sealed, then through the hole on the seal housing, according to the direction of the arrow.
- Place the body of the seal as close as possible to the holes and pull the blocking element through the seal hole.
- To secure the seal binding on the sack neck, it is necessary to make a loop: plug the end of the blocking element of the seal into the slot in the center of the blocking element and secure the end. Thus, a loop is being formed, into which a finger should be introduced, to ensure a secure locking of the seal.
- The installation has finished.
